QatarEnergy has issued a second tender this week for crude sales. The company is selling al-Shaheen and Qatar Marine crude via transfers. These transfers will occur outside the Strait of Hormuz for early October. Bids for this tender are due by noon Doha time on Wednesday. This follows a previous tender offering crude for September and October loadings.
