I’ve lived on a ranch/farm. What they want is a full time ranch foreman who is a volunteer. These do not exist. They are well paid for this amount of work because it’s dawn to dusk. “Occasional animal care” is actually daily because they have to be fed, watered, vaccinated, treated when sick, have a farrier, milked, etc etc etc Sounds like these people are tired of farming and looking to offload the labor without paying for it. Delusional.
