You definately should have included a complimentary installer, a colour consultant, and someone to praise her clean car. The strange part is that pickup would still have been a great deal even if two tiles were slightly different. She could of asked one sensible question, collected them, and been finished. Instead she negotiated herself out of free materials while accusing you of wasting time. People like this seem to treat “free” as the beginning of a luxury package rather than the end of the price discussion
