A TikTok creator from Atlanta who posts under the name art.jawn shared a video showing a bottle of Simply Orange juice that looked murky and light brown instead of the usual bright orange color. She said her roommate had mixed bleach into the drink months earlier. In the video, the woman sat in a car speaking directly to the camera while holding up the large plastic bottle. I’m suing her for harassment and unsafe conditions and assault and everything like that. So I kept this so, you know, I have actual proof when I come into court, not just words.” Unsafe conditions can lead to legal action, as a New Mexico woman is considering a lawsuit after finding an object in a chicken tender. According to her account in the video, a judge in a previous eviction hearing “tried to say he couldn’t really handle the harassment, the assault.
