[Independent (Kampala)] Kampala -- The Committee on Commissions, Statutory Authorities and State Enterprises (COSASE) has adjourned its scrutiny of the Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA) after a dispute over the regulator's leadership prevented MPs from proceeding with substantive audit queries.
