Process: Instead of cold emailing, I found the HR's contact info through apollo and found out the same number through another whatsapp community. Pure coincidence. Using the community, I started asking some questions and soon asked for a chance. I already cold emailed them but most of them didn't check it apparently. I did the assignment and made sure, it included a lot of gen Z memes which wasn't the part of the assignment. Yet, I did because the target audience was Gen Z. After 3 more rounds, I finally got the offer letter. The pay isn't that much but after 6 months, I'm finally happy that I'll be looking forward to a salary every month.
