Russian state-owned RIA is out with a report saying there is an Iran-US deal, citing Pakistani and Iranian sources. They call it a ceasefire deal that includes free navigation in Hormuz and say it will be announced in the coming days.The Russian media hasn't really been a factor in the leak-fest around negotiations so it's tough to handicap. It's still the Russian press though so I'd be skeptical.That said, there has been heavy selling in oil all week so there's a bit of smoke here.
