Walt Disney World Resort is transforming a portion of one of its countless family-friendly hotel properties, Disney’s BoardWalk Inn, with a “darker” new theme. However, that isn’t the only ongoing construction work at the EPCOT Resort Area hotel.Walt Disney World Resort has begun repainting the facade of the former Jellyrolls piano bar as part of its transformation into The Hurly Burly Jazz Club. Disney previously announced that the bar, which closed in early 2025, would transform into a historic seaside theater venue offering family-friendly activities during the day and an adults-only live music lounge at night. Much of the painting is already complete on the lakeside of the building, while the BoardWalk side remains a lighter blue.The Hurly Burly Jazz Club is scheduled to welcome its first guests in late 2026.
