ShareDario Vidosic surprisingly stepped down from his role in charge of Brighton Women, with Arturo Ruiz named as his replacement.Arturo Ruiz is the new head coach of Brighton Women after Dario Vidosic's surprising departure.Vidosic, who led Brighton to the Women's FA Cup final last season, stepped down on Friday to "pursue a new opportunity".He is reportedly set to take over National Women's Soccer League side Angel City.Vidosic won 24 of his 59 matches in charge of Brighton, while he averaged 1.2 points per game in the Women's Super League.Brighton, who finished seventh in the WSL last season, have moved swiftly to appoint 29-year-old Ruiz as Vidosic's replacement.Ruiz has penned a three-year deal, having joined from Real Sociedad, who he led to third in Liga F last season."We are delighted to welcome Arturo to the club," said Zoe Johnson, Brighton's women's and girls' managing director."During our recruitment process, he quickly stood out.
