TVS Supply Chain Solutions has signed a strategic MoU with Japan’s Sankyu Inc. to jointly pursue opportunities across supply chain and engineering services, initially focusing on India’s manufacturing and industrial sectors. Sankyu intends to acquire a 0.5% stake in TVS SCS, while the company’s shares rose 8.08% on Monday.
