Speakers drew from their experiences to highlight challenges faced by women while taking up leadership roles and shared practical strategies to address them.The event moved beyond conventional lectures, with participants taking part in focused table conversations. They exchanged personal experiences, discussed workplace situations and explored ways to navigate organisational power structures while supporting and mentoring others.The organisers said such conversations were increasingly important as workplaces evolved and organisations redefined leadership.
