The Razr+ normally costs $999.99, and this T-Mobile deal spreads that value across 36 monthly bill credits. Essentially, you’ll pay for the phone through your financing agreement and receive offsetting credits over three years. You’ll still have to pay sales tax on the pre-discount price at checkout, as well as T-Mobile’s $35 device connection charge.To qualify for the deal, new and existing customers can activate a new line on an Experience Beyond 2.0 account. (Existing customers who are still on the older Experience Beyond or Go5G Next plans may qualify as well.) The plan starts at $100 a month with AutoPay, before taxes and fees. The major perk here of this offer that there’s no trade-in requirement, making the deal more straightforward than many flagship phone promotions, especially if you don’t have another device to hand over.There are a couple of caveats to consider: The promotional line needs to stay active and in good standing if you want to keep getting those monthly credits. If you cancel the line or the whole account, those credits will stop, and you’ll need to pay the remaining phone balance. Additionally, if you pay the phone off early, the bill credits will end, too. According to T-Mobile, credits can take up to two billing cycles to appear, and customers who canceled their lines within the past three months might need to reactivate them before qualifying. You can get up to four discounted devices per account, but this deal can’t be combined with other promotions. The Razr+ runs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor and has a 4-inch external display that can run full apps, letting you respond to messages, navigate maps, and listen to music without opening the foldable. Ultimately, if you’ve been craving that flip phone nostalgia and are already committed to T-Mobile’s premium Experience Beyond plan, this is a great way to get your hands on a Motorola Razr+ without a trade-in. For other folks, the required plan cost and 36-month commitment are worth considering before you sign up.
