Last time i needed to board my dog it was around $30 a day at the place that i use, so this doesnt see all that bad money wise. However the no male thing at their own house is a little pickier. But again i get it dogs can have fears, same as people. But the prefers the backyard over walks. I doubt it. Sounds like a lazy ass owner. Even my dog who is old and his legs dont work right likes to go out. Granted he doesnt go on walks so much because of his legs (100 meters and hes done for hours) butbhe goes on frequent car rides when he can stick his head out and sniff things, bork and enjoy not being in the house.
