Chili’s server reveals the menu hacks customers are missing. Then she reveals how to upgrade your meal without paying extra: ‘you could take that off’

Wait 5 sec.

A Chili’s server is going viral for walking customers through the parts of the menu most people scroll past, and the comments suggest plenty of regulars had no idea some of these options were available. The video, posted by TikTok user wtf.is.rihannasnewalbum, opens with an “as a former employee” framing, promising information the average diner might not otherwise hear. It’s a format Chili’s servers in particular seem to keep returning to, though this one sticks to menu strategy rather than kitchen gripes. She gets straight into it, starting with appetizers before arriving at what she calls the biggest tip in the video. Her first suggestion is aimed at anyone ordering the Dip Trio mainly for the queso. “It’s better to just do the chips and pick whatever queso you want and then just get an extra queso only,” she says, adding that with rewards applied, it “would come up to like $8 and some change instead of paying like $12 for the dip trio.”  The menu deals this former Chili’s server says customers are missing From there, she moves to the six-piece mozzarella sticks, noting customers “could do half and half” with sauces like Nashville hot and honey chipotle, something she says only applies to the six-piece order. The centerpiece of the video, though, is the 3 For Me menu, tucked toward the back where plenty of customers might not think to look. “It’s not smaller, it’s not nothing,” she says of the portion sizes, pointing out that the deal includes a drink and a choice of chips and salsa, soup, or salad. @wtf.is.rihannasnewalbum Also any other chilis servers please add your input in the comments plz. One bartender in the replies disagreed with her take, commenting, “As a chilis bartender, the marg of the month is STRONG ASF. I swear it’s the best bang for your buck.” Another tip comes near the end, when she explains that the Triple Dipper isn’t limited to the combinations shown on the menu. Customers can swap in fries, a half-order of Texas cheese fries, or wings, and she says that flexibility extends to other items as well. “You can pretty much customize anything on that mug,” she says, adding, “if you don’t want any ranch, any onion, you could take that off.” Even Chili’s own account showed up in the replies, writing simply, “some awesome tips, let em know!”
