Still a maiden entering The Curragh's G3 Staffordstown Stud Stakes on Tuesday, the Coopers' Chattering Classes (Ghaiyyath) took a leap forward to shed that tag in the mile feature.Unlucky when third in a Thurles maiden 12 days earlier, the 16-1 shot arrived from rear under Shane Foley to cut down The Good Wife (Zarak) in the final yards for a 1 1/2-length success, with 3 3/4 lengths back to Blonde Over Blue (Lope De Vega) in third.Trainer Jessica Harrington's daughter Kate said, “She came out of her last race as if she hadn't had a race and the tacky ground was the only concern, but they turned it into a true stamina test and she really came to the fore in the last furlong. We'll put her away for the winter and I would imagine the owners would want to go to the Salsabil with her. We'll see the best of her going a mile and a quarter up to a mile and a half.”Chattering Classes (Ghaiyyath) finishes in style as the maiden gets off the mark – and in the €70,000 Group 3 Staffordstown Stud Stakes! @Jessica_Racing @curraghrace https://t.co/LxoQG1bchf— Racing TV (@RacingTV) October 20, 2026The post Group 3 Success For Ghaiyyath’s Chattering Classes appeared first on TDN | Thoroughbred Daily News | Horse Racing News, Results and Video | Thoroughbred Breeding and Auctions.
