He might be neurodivergent, but he also might just be religious. I don't think what he said about sex and attraction was contradictory - he values attraction and non-sexual physical contact during dating but wants to save sexual intimacy for marriage. The older he gets the harder he'll find it to find someone his age who shares his view on that + meets all his other criteria, so it might be a big barrier to him finding a partner. But it's not inherently a contradiction. I'll give him props that if he's being honest about never having even kissed someone yet, then at least he's not one of those hypocrits who has casual sex themself but expects a virgin bride.
