Liverpool is considering the return of Trent Alexander-Arnold, and their interest has emerged just as Arsenal is interested in adding him to their squad. The right-back is struggling for minutes at Real Madrid, and his move to the Spanish club is turning out to be a big mistake on his part.In England, he is regarded as one of the most creative players despite his role on the pitch, and he thrived at Liverpool, so he could be superb for Arsenal. The Gunners have at least two solid right-backs, but none of them is as creative going forward as Alexander-Arnold, so Mikel Arteta thinks the Englishman could be superb for his team.Liverpool’s Interest and Arsenal’s PursuitThe Gunners have been following him for weeks, but Caught Offside says Liverpool is now thinking about taking him back despite the way he left them. He ran down his contract at the club and some Reds fans have still not forgiven him, but he could return as Liverpool may not want him to join a rival and hurt them. The club also wants to take a different approach to when Michael Owen begged to rejoin them following a short spell at Real Madrid when they rejected his return. The possibility of Alexander-Arnold returning to Anfield adds intrigue, and the club’s willingness to reconsider suggests a change in stance. His creativity and experience would be valuable assets, and the fans’ reaction remains a wildcard.(Photo by Denis Doyle/Getty Images)Transfer Dynamics and Future ImplicationsThe competition between Liverpool and Arsenal for his signature is likely to be fierce, with both clubs seeing him as a valuable addition. Alexander-Arnold’s situation at Real Madrid is untenable, and a return to England seems increasingly likely. His next move could shape the landscape of the Premier League. For Arsenal, his creativity would add a new dimension to their attack, and Arteta’s interest reflects their ambition. For Liverpool, bringing him back would be a statement of intent, and the club’s history with him adds emotional weight. The coming weeks will be crucial in determining his future._____________________________________________________________________________________________ADMIN COMMENTSo here are some simple rules which I must insist commenters follow….You agree not to give any personal abuse to other Arsenal fans.
