so i got sick of giving my actual phone number to every random app that wants to verify me, then getting spam calls and my number ending up in god knows how many leaks. so i made reservesms.com basically you pick the app (theres 700+), pick a country or just leave it on best available, and you get a number on screen. put it in the app and the code shows up on your order page. its $1 a number and if no sms comes in 20 mins the $1 goes back to your balance automatically, you dont have to message anyone or anything you only need an email to sign up, no name no phone number (kinda the point). card payments go through stripes own checkout page, or you can pay in btc, ltc or sol launched like a week ago. first ever sale came from chatgpt recommending the tiktok page to someone, did not expect that at all. stack if anyones curious: next.js static site on cloudflare pages, api is hono on cloudflare workers, neon postgres with drizzle would really like feedback, mainly: - does it feel trustworthy enough to put money in - is $1 flat + refund to balance a good deal or would you want something else - anything confusing on the site reservesms.com submitted by /u/vMaxu [link] [comments]
