Phosphor: my Android home screen where everything is drawn in text characters, like a terminal

Wait 5 sec.

Hi all. I'm the developer of Phosphor, a paid Android launcher, so to be upfront: I made it and it costs money (one price, plus an optional Pro unlock). I worked on it for about 3 years and only put it on Play this month, once it felt stable enough to go live and start selling. Every part of the home screen is drawn with text characters on a glowing CRT style display: a big pixel clock with a seconds rail btop style gauges for battery, memory and disk, and a live network chart weather drawn as a pixel landscape: the sun, the moon in its real phase, rain, snow and clouds moving with the wind an app drawer with fuzzy search and a letter rail notifications, a calendar agenda and cliamp radio built in 15 colour themes and ten whole looks you switch in one tap How it differs from similar apps: Niagara and Nova are normal launchers with icons. Termux is a real terminal, not a home screen. Text launchers like T UI work by typing commands. Phosphor keeps a normal tap and swipe home screen but draws all of it in text, like a TUI. This software's code is partially AI generated. I have a disability that makes writing hard, so this post was also written with AI help.
