Hey everyone, I'm having a frustrating issue with my ATK U2 Ultimate and its 8K Dongle. I used to be able to change the RGB color on the 8K dongle (I actually had it set to purple). Recently, I wanted to change the color again, but the specific option to customize the dongle's lighting has completely vanished from the software. Here is my current setup and what I've tried so far to fix it: I have the 8K dongle connected directly to my motherboard, and the mouse is operating in wireless mode. I tried using both the web version (hub.atk.pro) and the desktop ATK V HUB software. I completely re-paired and recalibrated the mouse to the 8K dongle (holding Left + Right + Middle click while the dongle was flashing). I checked for firmware updates by isolating the dongle (turning the mouse off physically). I switched USB ports. Right now, the "DPI Light Effect" menu only changes the LED on the mouse itself, not the 8K receiver. The specific menu for the dongle light is just gone. Did a recent firmware update completely remove the custom RGB feature for the dongle to improve 8KHz stability? If so, does anyone have a guide or the files for a firmware downgrade so I can get the custom color options back?
