I built a revision game set in 3D London — is the first-time experience clear?

Wait 5 sec.

I'm building IlluminatED, a browser learning game for UK learners aged 13+. It brings subject revision, virtual rewards and career simulations into a 3D London world, alongside an AI study agent. I'd like some blunt product and UX feedback: on the first visit, is it obvious what the game does and how to start? Does combining revision and a virtual city make sense, or is the scope confusing? What would you simplify first? A rating and one concrete improvement would be useful. Website: https://www.illumed.co.uk/ There is a free Explorer tier with introductory revision quests; signup is required, no card needed. More content and features are on optional paid plans. I'm the developer. I'm looking for advice, especially on onboarding and explaining the core loop. submitted by /u/ToeElectrical6221 [link] [comments]
