We built a small PNG sprite-sheet tool: full-cell frames + JSON in one ZIP

Wait 5 sec.

SpritePouch is our small tool for a specific job: split a fixed-grid PNG sprite sheet into separate transparent PNG frames, keep the full cell canvas, and export the frames with generic animation.json metadata in one ZIP. Set the cell size, margins and gaps, choose/reorder frames, then preview the loop before exporting. The 26-second video is a workflow visualization using our original eight-frame robot and real export data; it is not a recording of live clicks. Free sample-only browser demo (the included robot, not your own files): https://quotecheck-pilot.pink-earth-0582.chatgpt.site/tools/spritepouch/ The full downloadable HTML edition is $5 USD minimum, one time, and opens your own PNGs with local image processing: https://natethagreat1213.itch.io/spritepouch It preserves full cells: no automatic trimming, irregular-atlas detection, GIF/video export or engine-specific importer. Format limits and the actual browser QA record are on the product page. Built and sold by Web & Workflow. If you work with sprite sheets, what part of this export workflow would you want to change? submitted by /u/Sad-Raspberry3141 [link] [comments]
