Delhi's AQI has risen to 179 ahead of the winter pollution season, with forecasts pointing to poor air quality. The government has announced three key deadlines for new restrictions, including curbs on certain outside-registered vehicles, tighter construction rules and a complete construction and demolition ban from December 10 to January 20.
