I’ve reached the first 100 signups for Afield, but I’m struggling with retention. It’s an AI marketing tool for founders doing their own marketing. It helps with researching their market, finding potential customers, and planning and carrying out marketing tasks. I can get people interested enough to sign up. What I’m trying to figure out now is what would make it part of their regular workflow. I’ve asked a few experienced people for advice. They suggested showing a real use case from start to finish, so people can see how it would work for their business. But I haven’t found a user to work through that with yet. I’ve emailed users about it, but haven’t heard back. For other B2B founders who’ve been here: how did you get users who’d gone quiet to talk to you? What did you learn that actually changed the product? I’ve attached a product video for context. submitted by /u/According_Border_418 [link] [comments]
