GOLD got hammered tdGold US DollarVANTAGE:XAUUSDiamtradingdonGold got absolutely hammered today. Sellers broke through the previous lows, and there’s still no real sign they’re done. We’re getting close to an interesting area around 4070–4076, but I’m not buying just because gold looks cheap. That’s how you get caught in a dump. 😂 Here’s what I’m watching: 🟢 For a long: I’d like to see a sweep below 4076, followed by a solid recovery above 4080–4084. If buyers can actually hold that level, we could see a move back toward 4096–4104, potentially 4115–4125. 🔴 For a short: A bounce into 4096–4104 that gets rejected would be interesting too. The overall structure is still bearish, so I’m not ignoring the sell side. For now, I’m staying patient. No point fighting this kind of momentum without a proper setup. R:R minimum 1:2.
