I was planning on building 4 r9700 personal inference server for qwen flash, but prices for it doubled in 1 month. On ebay it is like 2500$ avg, whats causing it, will it go down? I already have one, but it isn't that fast I think, guess I will be buying motherboard and cpu and ram for now.
