They give 0 information. Terrible company. Won’t trade or invest anything on their platform again. Remember guys: if it’s not your keys, it is not your crypto. Always use Cold Wallet. I don’t even recommend Phantom Wallet because that shit keeps asking you to connect to your Apple ID which is very unsafe. (my iPhone got stolen in Vietnam once and they unlocked stole my entire Apple ID. i had to escalate all the way to Tim Cooks team and phone call with them etc to resolve that case. Apple IDs and iPhones are NOT safe. Your passcode is unsafe too. Shit can always get unlocked. Tons of Day 0 security issues that still exist and get exploited). Even fucking Ledger got compromised now by interceptors who open the package. At this point, fuck even Trust Wallet. Just use a Paper Wallet.
