I'm about to start an accelerated ADN program. The other day a nurse at a clinic I had an appointment with shared that she wasn't able to find jobs with her ADN, and she had to go for her BSN in order to land a job. I'm worried I might be wasting my time on an associates. She also shared that the medical field in Dallas is extremely political. I'm not entirely sure what that means, but It worries me.
