Building a free community directory for schools, nonprofits, alumni networks & organizations called Soorse! Would love feedback!

Hi! I'm a software engineer and co-founder of Soorse. Soorse is a platform we've been building to help organizations bring their communities together. One problem we've noticed is how fragmented community management can be. An alumni association might use spreadsheets for its member directory, Facebook for communication, another platform for events, and something completely different for fundraising. We wanted to simplify that and bring everything into one place. Here's what we've built so far: Member directories: Searchable profiles that help people discover and connect with others in their community. Groups & memberships: Create groups, manage members, and organize communities. Events & calendars: Host events or import them through integrations with other event platforms. Communication: Share posts, announcements, and community updates. CRM integrations: Sync information and help manage members and memberships. Opportunities: Post jobs and help organizations find volunteers or board members. AI-powered search: Help members discover people and make meaningful connections. Fundraising: Support donations and community initiatives. One thing we're especially excited about is our revenue-sharing model. Organizations can get started on Soorse for free. We've also built several monetization features, including premium profiles, featured directory listings, job postings, sponsorships, paid subgroups, and donations. For eligible nonprofits and 501(c)(3) organizations, we share certain platform revenue to help them generate additional funding. We even built a calculator to estimate what an organization could potentially earn: https://www.soorse.com/revenue-calculator We're particularly interested in working with schools, alumni associations, nonprofits, chambers of commerce, and professional organizations. So far, we've onboarded seven communities, including two private school alumni networks, a school district, two nonprofits, a professional chamber, and even a diving community! I'd love to get feedback from other founders and anyone involved in managing a community. What's been your biggest challenge keeping members engaged and connected? And if you're involved with an organization that could benefit from something like this, I'd love to connect, learn about your needs, and potentially get your organization set up on Soorse.
