Netflix Stock Hits Fresh LowsNetflix, Inc.BATS:NFLXFOREXcomOver recent trading sessions, weakness in Netflix shares has once again become a relevant theme. In fact, the stock has declined by nearly 7.0% over the last two sessions alone, highlighting increasingly evident selling pressure across the market. For now, this move is largely being driven by the company's latest earnings release. Although Netflix reported earnings per share of $0.87, beating market expectations of $0.82, revenue failed to surpass forecasts and came in near $13 billion for the quarter. This has reinforced concerns about a potentially more limited growth pace in the coming quarters, a perception that has weighed on investor confidence and could continue to influence the stock in the near term. The Bearish Trend Remains the Dominant Structure For several months, Netflix shares have maintained a relatively consistent bearish pattern characterized by a sequence of lower lows. This dynamic has helped shape a well-defined bearish trendline that remains the most important technical reference on the chart. Unless a recovery capable of overcoming key resistance levels begins to emerge, selling pressure could continue to dominate price action and reinforce the broader downtrend as the primary structure to monitor in the weeks ahead. MACD The MACD histogram has begun moving closer to the 0 neutral line once again. If the indicator manages to consolidate below this level, it could start to reflect increasing bearish momentum within short-term moving averages and support a more consistent downside bias during the coming sessions. RSI A similar dynamic can be observed in the RSI, where price momentum continues to develop below the indicator's neutral levels. However, the most interesting aspect is that the RSI has started to move closer to the 30 threshold, suggesting that oversold conditions may begin to emerge. This is relevant because it could indicate that selling pressure is becoming increasingly stretched, a situation that may eventually open the door to short-term bullish corrections if the market attempts to moderate part of the recent decline. Key Levels to Watch $72 – Key Resistance: An important resistance area that aligns with recent highs and the 50-period simple moving average. Price action returning toward this level could begin to reflect a phase of greater neutrality and temporarily ease the pressure observed within the broader bearish trend. $67 – Near-Term Barrier: A level that previously acted as an important support zone during 2026 and now serves as the nearest resistance level. This area could become the primary target in the event of short-term bullish corrections. $62 – Key Support: A major support zone not seen since August 2024, which currently represents the most important downside barrier on the chart. A sustained move below this level could significantly reinforce the bearish bias and continue to support the long-term downtrend as the dominant technical structure in the weeks ahead.
