SwapChan (https://swapchan.com) asks every DEX aggregator and bridge I've integrated at once and shows which route gives you the most tokens after gas and fees. It covers 9 EVM chains plus Solana, Bitcoin and Tron. Bits I added along the way: an embeddable widget (/widget) where site owners get half the fee, a memecoin scanner with RugCheck/GoPlus risk flags (/scanner), and an MCP server so AI agents can use it. Business model: 0.1% fee per swap. No user numbers to brag about yet.
