Hi, Creality Cloud community! For Día de Muertos 2026 in Mexico City, we produced a special run of 44 signed pieces for the Festival del Xolosquincle at the Zócalo. I’ve now shared the files so you can make your own pair. The project brings together Xolo Espectral and Mictlantecuhtli, created with my friend Mocre, my go-to guy for Mexico’s pre-Hispanic mythology. Our Mictlantecuhtli takes inspiration from the sculpture at El Zapotal, Veracruz, while the Xolo carries the skeletal theme through its canine silhouette. For the printable designs, we used raised details against a contrasting base color. The flat backs let both pieces print with the relief facing up, without supports. Each body holds a 40 mm metal bottle-opener insert secured with two screws. The Creality Print project includes a separate plate for each model and the two-color painting already assigned. You can change the filament colors to make your own combination. The supplied setup uses PETG, a 0.4 mm nozzle, 0.20 mm layers, 2 walls and 15% grid infill. Keep the models at 100% scale for the insert fit, and select your own printer and compatible filament presets before slicing. Individual STLs and an illustrated printing and assembly manual are also included. Metal inserts and screws are needed separately.
