An STL represents a surface with triangles. Before exporting one from Fusion, open Utilities → Make → 3D Print, choose Export and turn on Preview to inspect the converted mesh. Under Refinement Settings, Surface Deviation controls the maximum distance between the original body and the mesh. Compare the preview around curves and small features before saving the file.
