Citadel pots drive me nuts, especially because I don't get to paint as much as I'd like to so I always have at least one pot that dried out. I wanted to put my paints into nicer dropper style bottles. I ordered a bunch from Monument Hobbies and toyed around with some of the methods online but decided to just come up with my own way. https://makerworld.com/en/models/3478858-paint-rebottler-for-citadel-pots-to-dropper-bottle#profileId-3971780 This is the model I created (from scratch in Fusion 360). The big difference between this and other methods is that it has a dedicated "safe" space for the empty bottle, a larger diameter funnel opening to avoid clogs, and a funnel that balances and keeps the Citadel pot in the correct position. I am not looking for anything other than to share this with the community and those that may want to rebottle their pots.
