Graduation fever took over Uganda Martyrs University, Nkozi, as Captain Morgan brought the vibes, games, and music to Bbosa Hostel courtyard for a night dedicated to celebrating the graduating class. With fresh cuts, stylish fits, and fresh nail sets in full display, students showed up ready to make the most of their final days on campus, trading graduation stress for a night of pure fun with their campus crew.“Captain Morgan is built on the spirit of fun, friendship, and shared moments,” said Raymond Karama of Captain Morgan. “Grad week is a major milestone, and we wanted to give Nkozi students a send-off to playfully celebrate their journey, their bonds, and their next chapter.”TrellyOnSet got things started, with Jokweez keeping the hype alive as students streamed into the courtyard. DJ Dranix took over the decks, serving up Afrobeats while Ursh Trey held things down on the mic.But it wasn’t just about the music. The Party Captains brought the playful side of the night to life with Kwepena, ring toss, balloon popping, Ludo, and card games, pulling students into squads for some friendly competition. The biggest showdown came during the tug-of-war contest, where teams went head-to-head as the crowd cheered them on. Team Kohen Jaycee emerged victorious, walking away with merchandise and a bottle of Captain Morgan.Just when the games seemed to have stolen the show, Captain Kohen hit the stage and got the girls cheering, briefly turning the courtyard tent into a karaoke session.DJ Slidethru kept the party rolling with a run of crowd favourites, before Wiz J and St Trevor took over with a musical mashup that had revellers singing and dancing in unison. The sing-along to “Forever Young” was one of those moments that captured the mood of the night. Nkozi’s very own DJ Kibs and MC Kharts then closed out the party, sending the graduating class off with one final dose of campus energy. For the graduands, the night was about more than the party. It was a chance to catch up with friends, relive the memories, and celebrate the bonds built throughout their university journey. With graduation marking the end of one chapter and the beginning of another, Captain Morgan gave the Nkozi crew a reason to pause, celebrate, and make a few more memories before stepping into life beyond campus. One thing was clear: the gowns may be next, but Nkozi wasn’t letting its graduands leave without one last proper turn-up.The post Captain Morgan Turns Up the Fun at Nkozi Grad Send-Off was written by the awesome team at Campus Bee.
