Bharat Biotech has announced a significant price reduction of nearly 40 percent for its malaria vaccine MOSQIVAC. The reduction aims to protect an additional 1 million children and save USD 50 million. This price decrease is made possible through an agreement with UNICEF and funding from Gavi. The RTS,S/AS01 malaria vaccine is the first of its kind developed by GSK.
