Kudos for being honest, but OOP doesn't just need someone who's good at teaching art, they need someone who also has training and experience teaching people with special needs (as evident from the long list of special needs listed). Even if some kind stranger took them up on this request, trying to teach someone with these kinds of issues is almost guaranteed to be a trainwreck unless you have the proper expertise. I don't know much about art, but I can't imagine there are many people out there with this highly specialised skillset. Expecting any of them to work for free seems just a tad optimistic...
