USDJPY 21/10: Bullish bias intactUS Dollar vs. Japanese YenFX:USDJPYIndiSharkIndiShark is here! 🌊 The previously outlined medium-term bullish scenario remains relevant. USDJPY continues to consolidate beneath resistance just below 159, with shallow pullbacks keeping a potential upside breakout in focus. My plan: 🔼 BUY: ~ 158.545 ❌ SL: 157.315 | ✅ TP: 160.215 Key points 👇 ➡️ Price remains compressed beneath the 158.200–158.600 resistance area. Repeated tests and limited downside follow-through suggest sellers are struggling to push the pair away from the zone, although sustained acceptance above it is still needed. ➡️ A confirmed breakout would shift focus toward 160.215. Establishing support above 160 could later open the way toward 163–164, while 157.315 defines the planned trade’s risk limit. ➡️ Rising US Treasury yields support the dollar, while expensive energy increases Japan’s import burden. Expectations of further Fed tightening also remain a source of yen weakness despite the Bank of Japan’s rate increases, supporting the broader buying scenario. ⚠️ Note: The setup above represents a hypothetical analytical scenario, not a live trade signal or investment advice.
