UltraTech Cement Managing Director Kailash Chandra Jhanwar will become non-executive vice chairman on January 1, 2027, succeeding KK Maheshwari, who will step down. Jhanwar joined the Aditya Birla Group in 1981 as a Management Trainee in its cement business.
