UBS has acquired a 4.8% stake in Indian wealth manager 360 ONE WAM by converting warrants into 20.5 million equity shares. The investment follows a partnership that includes UBS selling its Indian onshore wealth business to 360 ONE. The company manages more than ₹9 lakh crore in assets.
