I work in the ED, and MRI always messages me saying they’ll be down in 10 min and that the pt needs to be unhooked from everything, stripped down, and no metal. Most of the time I’m good about stripping them down and having no metal, but sometimes I don’t have time to unhook them from the vitals equipment. It’s frustrating for me because I feel like I’m trying to do a million things at once, and I feel like unhooking them from the vitals machine for us isn’t that big of an ask. Please educate me, so I can make time and help if needed!! submitted by /u/HubbaBubbaBubbaWubba [link] [comments]
