The Cat & Fiddle: a 3D-printable, half-timbered tavern scanned from a hand-sculpted original

Wait 5 sec.

This is The Cat & Fiddle, a medieval tavern by Dexter, hand-sculpted for 28mm miniatures. I scanned his original and printed it, and Dexter painted the print. It prints in three modular pieces, so you can play inside both levels: a ground floor, an upper floor and a thatched roof. The details include layered thatch, half-timbered walls, a stone base and a hand-lettered hanging sign. Printed at scale on a Bambu Lab A1 in PLA. Sized for 28mm. The STL is available here: 3D Printable Tavern by The Plunder Den Happy to answer questions about the scanning, printing or painting, and I’ll pass painting questions on to Dexter. submitted by /u/ThePlunderDen101 to r/3DPrintedTerrain [link] [comments]
