Where is gold heading??GoldOANDA:XAUUSDBROCTAL-FOR-TRADINGEveryone noticed that gold reached the 4000 level last January and entered a boring accumulation phase, then tried to rise and test the 4900 level, but failed miserably, reaching only 4600 (which is evidence of weak buying pressure). It then returned once again to the 4000 level and closed below it on the very important 3-week candle. This is the first close for this candle since its rise to 5600. For the record, gold is still trading below the MA50 on the weekly candles, which means it is still in a sharp structural shift (from a strong bull run to an incomplete correction so far), or what is known as a macro structure breakdown. Now, I believe it is time for gold to leave the 4000 level and drop toward the stronger level at 3600, where I will buy physically, God willing. I believe it will stay there for a long time with a boring accumulation that could last up to 5 months, because this is the nature of the 0.5 Fibonacci level, where gold tends to consolidate in such areas. #gold #xauusd #trading
