I built Ramorie, a Mac app that gives AI coding agents memory between sessions

Wait 5 sec.

Hey folks, I'm building Ramorie. The problem I'm working on is pretty familiar if you use coding agents: a new session starts, and you're explaining the same project decisions all over again. Ramorie saves those decisions and useful context, then lets your agent find them through MCP in a later session. The desktop app keeps the memory on your Mac, with search and a visual knowledge graph so you can inspect what's been saved. The video is a 60-second walkthrough of the idea. I'd love to hear how you handle this today, especially if you switch between Claude Code, Codex or Cursor. What context is hardest to carry from one session to the next? You can take a look at https://ramorie.com. I'm the maker, so happy to answer questions or hear what feels unnecessary. submitted by /u/terzigolu [link] [comments]
