I built my own sales agent that runs on a claude or codex subscription 6 months ago. I called it Harvey. I never really posted it anywhere. Two weeks ago it had about 100 stars on github and is at 2.2k today... It randomly took off overnight one day, mostly from Google traffic. Then a few other creators started making videos about it, which is where most of the jump came from. Not my own content which was wild to see. So I spent the last week shipping a bunch of updates to keep up with it, including a completely new dashboard (that's the video). What it is: Harvey is an AI sales agent that runs on your Claude Code or Codex subscription. No API keys, no per-token bill. You tell it who your buyer is and it figures out how to find them. For example if you sell websites to small businesses it will: - Scrape business listings by city - Filter to ones with a website, then WordPress only (for example) - Find the decision maker from their website and LinkedIn - Run email discovery until it finds a validated email - Check which ones have slow or bad sites or other signals it can use to personalize the email to be connect to the offer you have - Write outreach based on what it actually found Then it reads replies, figures out who's interested and drafts responses. Nothing sends without your approval unless you turn that off. Most people seem to just turn on the "book me calls" mode which basically goes until you get sales calls on your calendar. But I recommend approving the actions for the first few weeks to help train your Harvey. The more approvals you give it, the better it is and the more it performs. Finding businesses is free (or about $0.37 per 1,000 on paid sources) and everything else runs on the subscription you already pay for.
