I built a catalog of SaaS alternatives you pay once or only when you use them

Hello everyone, I've been working on unsubs.org and wanted to share it here and get some feedback. The problem Subscription fatigue. I was paying monthly for a bunch of tools where I used maybe 1–2 features each and ignored the other 7–8. It's €15–30 a month here, €12 there, for software I open a few times a month. Than I turned into self-hosting mostly. But I'm the "techie" in the house. The obvious answer these days is "just build it yourself with AI." And honestly, with Claude, Opus and friends, writing the code really isn't the hard part anymore. Deployment and maintenance are: servers, databases, backups, security updates, the thing going down while you're on holiday. For a non-technical person that's a wall, and even for developers it's time you'd rather spend on something else. What I think is the middle ground Pay once, or pay for what you use. If you send 40 invoices this month, you pay for 40. If you send none, you pay nothing. Or you buy the tool once and it's yours. I like this model because it's fair for both sides: you only pay when the tool is giving you value, and the maker only earns when the product is actually being used. Your money goes directly into the thing you rely on, so it keeps getting better. The problem is these tools are scattered and hard to find. So I built a place for them. What unsubs.org does You pick a subscription you're paying for and see alternatives that are pay-per-use or pay-once only. Browse by category, or search. Free to browse, no account needed. To be clear on scope: it's not a list of self-hosted or open-source projects. Everything on it is a product someone runs for you; you just don't rent it monthly. Under the hood (for the builders here) Spring Boot + Postgres backend, Angular with server-side rendering for the public pages so they load fast and are indexable, and a separate admin app for curating listings. Running on a single VPS (for now, hopefully with high trafic I can do some tricks there too :) ). What I'd love from you Feedback: Is it clear what the site does within 5 seconds? What's confusing or missing? Which subscription would you drop tomorrow if there were a fair pay-per-use option? I'll prioritize those pages. If you've built something with pay-once or usage-based pricing, please add it via Suggest a tool. It's free. Side projects with fair pricing are exactly what I want on there.
