I built a video editor with editable motion graphics that look good

Wait 5 sec.

Solo dev here. I put together Filmidi, a video editor for Mac (Windows is coming soon). The big thing for me was motion graphics that you can actually edit. I got tired of prompting a model for every tiny change. Tools like Claude Motion can generate motion graphics, but changing a text color or a button means asking the model again. Filmidi has a growing library of motion graphics compositions that you can tweak by hand or let an agent handle. What you can do with it: Ask for a cut and polish it by hand. Build motion graphics and tweak any detail without starting over. Change colors, text, or layouts directly, no re prompting. Let an agent handle repetitive steps while you focus on the story. Export for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, or full length videos. It is free to download at https://filmidi.pro Feedback welcome. What motion graphics features would you want? Thanks for checking it out. submitted by /u/Square-Pianist393 [link] [comments]
