Likely will need to move to Finger lake region soon after getting my ADN in other state. Will get NY RN license surely but how does job market for ADN look like in NY state? Do i have to get BSN immediately to have any chance of employment? I have read about NYC situation but am hoping that NYS market is not THAT bad.
