Ascertis Credit Group has raised more than $700 million in commitments for its fourth private credit fund. The fund aims to reach a target of $1 billion with interest from various global and domestic investors. It plans to build a diversified portfolio of 35-40 companies by deploying capital actively. The investment strategy includes supporting companies with varying financing needs across multiple sectors.
