I was job hunting earlier this year and kept getting to final rounds before finding out the pay. So I wrote a script that checks the careers pages of about 100 UK startups every morning and pulls out every AI and data role, with the salary where the company publishes one. It turned into salaryshown.com. It has around 550 roles, each with its own page, plus a free Monday email with the best ones. The weird finding: only 12% of startup roles show the salary. Monzo shows it on every role; Wayve, OpenAI and ElevenLabs show it on none. It’s my first website, so I’d genuinely love feedback. What would make you actually use a job site over LinkedIn? submitted by /u/SalaryShown [link] [comments]
